As I plan my day God will be number one on my mind and in my thoughts as I plan my day. God has a plan and it is His Plan. God plan is for humanity to know of His Love.
Isaiah 55:8-9
“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts says the Lord. And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. V9. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts”.
God’s plan for His children is to walk in His ways, obey His commands and live in abundance. However, as people of free will we want things done our way. And we are always asking God to bless our plans.
If your plan does not line up with His plan, He will not bless your plans. God wants your attention! He wants your purpose to be His purpose and then the blessing will flow.
God’s method for getting your attention is to dry up your resources, job loss, career dissatisfaction, disaster or other painful events. During these times God is shouting out to you His word. Whereas in normal times His whispers goes unnoticeable .
God wants your attention and is trying to let you know He wants to do a deeper works in your life – a work that cannot be seen.
Delayed But Not Forgotten
After 13 years, Jacob was reunited to his son Joseph, whom he thought was dead. So often you believe a lie that your dreams are dead. Or, it will never come because there are failures in your life.
There seems to be nothing left in your world to live for. Everything and everyone seems to be against you. Nothing good is happening and there is no hope of ever moving on.
In the physical it seems like you are entering into a disaster zone. But, God is doing a deep work on the inside of your heart, where eyes can see. Only visible to your spiritual eyes. During these times God is performing a deep inner transformation. He is taking you out from the old place into a place. I call this a place of transition.Yet, to be discovered.
When God is deepening His relationship with you it happens during a course of time, maybe a year or longer. It depends on how in tune or sensitive you are to Holy Spirit. The transition will revolutionize your life and draw you closer to God and His move.
During these times, God often will take your position and reposition you with new skills, and abilities. What seems like disaster will become your greatest move of God in your life. What appears to be a desert experience will bring you into the frontline.
This is the place where God will expand and increase your stature in unmeasurable ways. You will not fathom the new move of God. God does not need your permission only your availability.
Failures are God’s opportunities to shape you and prepare you for the ultimate career in His Kingdom.
