Gratitude is not perfection nor a flawless life. Gratitude is found in small moments: a conversation, a sunrise, a lesson learned, a challenge overcome. It grows through consistency not perfection.

By choosing gratitude daily, we train our minds to notice the richness in our life. This practice creates a ripple effect. It improves our mindset, health, and sense of purpose. Gratitude changes us.
