Give a man a fish and he lives for one day. Teach a man to fish and he feeds his family and himself for life.
If a man learns how to develop his own skills, talents and abilities it is useful for a humanities. However, when he has only one skill he uses it for himself. The problem with this ratio is that as a whole people are happier and functions better when their skills, talents and abilities are serving humanity.
What makes the difference?
Entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are individuals who are happily striving to develop their unlimited skills, talents and abilities. They want to bring forth their true inner identity to serve humanity. Take motivational speaker Jim Rohn, Brain Tracy, Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey, Steve Harvey etc.
In today’s economy entrepreneurs have ample opportunities to develop their skills and make a difference in the world. Our society on a global level is faced with serious challenges. Entrepreneurs think outside the box and are valuable at solving problems.
It’s time for a change.
What you see and how you think determines your action. The power is in you to change the course of lives.
Steve Harvey a well known comedian raised in an impoverished home. His school teacher did not consider Steve to be a bright student. When the teacher asked Steve about his future, Steve said he would like to be a comedian. Steve Harvey choose to be a comedian because he saw someone on television.
That vision never left Steve Harvey thoughts. Today, Steve Harvey through his own television show is changing lives around the world. Watch Steve Harvey Story here.
You can become anything you want. Because the world exists through the power of beliefs. All the power of the universe is inside you.
Never underestimate the need to expand your mind.
You must be willing to pioneer into uncharted territories unknown to yourself. Face the good, bad and ugly conquer fear and doubts. The good news is while meandering uncertainties, life stabilizes.
Jim Rohn was a failure during his early years. Some time later, he met Mr. Schoals, who mentored him and taught him life principles. Sometimes failure is inevitable because of breaking gravitational laws.
Entrepreneur Oprah Winfrey, grandmother wanted her to be a good maid. As a child Oprah had the inner belief she is more than that. Her inner drive rewarded her with world fame. She too has made an impact of people around the world. It’s in you too!
God placed within each person endless potentials to grow, expand and achieve great things. Believe you can. Think like a Winner.
“Whatever understanding you have of yourself, this is what you become. You can become anything you want because the world exists through the power of beliefs. There is nothing fixed or limiting about a human being. All the power of the universe is inside you. Simply put, you are who you think you are, and this you have the power to change at any moment.” Dr. Walter Doyle Staples. From his Book, In Search of Your True Self
Success is a result of continued action filled with continual adjustments. Steering your way through the uphills, across the winding roads. Success is knowing how to navigate out of ditches and potholes. Success is never a straight line but rather learning how the puzzle fits together.
In summary, a person with vision learns how to navigate life.
From my experience I have seen my visions come to past (Watch here my story). A vision board has helped me to remain focus and clear on my future. Life deviates but a vision firmly planted stabilizes your thoughts.
Tips to develop your vision board.
What is important to you?
What are the things you dream about changing?
How can you use your skills, talents, abilities for solving problems?
Ask yourself questions to figure out the answers.
While you ask questions solutions become clear. As you identify your life purpose, start making a vision board of what your future looks like.
Place the board in a wall way you pass by daily. The images will grow in your thoughts and a series of events will move you there. Doing new things leads to new discoveries and innovation.
“For most of us, the inner journey is the journey of last resort;
we go there only after we discover the outer journey doesn’t work.
What a shame … for the inner journey is the only one that has
any meaning, any substance, any real joy.” By Dr. Walter Doyle Staples
