To stop for a while or pause to allow life’s lessons to grow in you. Pausing helps us to learn from our daily experiences. Stopping to reflect is a valuable activity. You can attribute much growth to reflection than to forced will power.
Motivation powers you up for action while pausing help you stay on the right track. The power of reflection is a stop sign. Stop and look around if the road is safe crossover to the other side. How will you know if the path your travelling on is safe unless you pause?
Most people are busy running from one event to another all day. They want to get the most from each day by maxing out their energy. A tired soul is not responsible for wise decisions. Nobody benefits at the end of the day when wasted with tiredness. Life is about having encounters, experiences, and conversations. Why all the rush?
It’s no secret people have an on impact us. Should we be so thoughtless or careless not to take note of such moments. A thought shared or story told reveals our heart yearning.
In the power of pause life encounters become valuable lessons. These lessons have the power to bring awareness freshness or transform your life. Allow yourself the time to reflect on life lessons and experiences. People were created to mingle.

Pausing with intention expands and enriches your thinking. Study lives of great leaders, preachers, teachers, writers, artist, scientist. These are all people who spend a lot of time in solitude thinking, looking for solutions. They spend countless hours tossing ideas and experiences around in their mind.
If you want to put your thoughts into perspective, I suggest time out. If, you are looking for a way to transition from the old to the new life. I strongly encourage you to find a place and time to pause. Pause takes discipline to stop to figure out what is important.
Pause means to investigate one self and to ask questions. What’s important to me? Do I need to rush all day? Should I obligate myself to a fast schedule?
Pause also means to meditate or ponder on what you have encountered during the day. What are the life lessons learnt and how it implies to my life? Talk to God about everything. After you’re finish listen to your heart – what is saying to you?
Life is more rewarding when you pause. Thoughts find solutions, ideas find conception, anger find appeasement. Experiences find illumination and the light bulb goes on. This only happens when you pause and reflect back on your day.
Start the process by asking yourself honest questions. Questions stimulate your mind to find creative answers. Questions penetrate your hearts, triggers new ideas and insights. Quality questions create quality valued answers. Ask yourself specific questions for any areas of life.
Questions help you to pause, focus and learn. Questions assist you to accomplish more out of life. The journey is specifically tailored to you. So begin, write down the questions and write out your answers. Why? Writing helps you to discover what you truly think, know and believe.
It’s effort and time but the clarity you will reap is thousand fold. The good news is if you will constantly remain on this growth path, you will less likely be going the wrong way. You will be better equipped to reach your destiny.
