Constructive Temper
So don’t loose it when situations heat up. SLOW DOWN. Take a deep breath, walk away from the situation, break away from the conversation. Do not let it control you. Retract your thinking become grateful. Compliment a person, give praise and it will break the negative cycle.

Destructive Temper
On the other side, temper with anger or rebellion is destructive to your mind, body and people. It can be a fire burning out of control. Or, a thorn in the flesh to jeopardize your life. In any case thorns are uncomfortable to the flesh. It’s a natural act of dis-ease or rot to your spirit man. I do not recommend you suppress temper, it jumps out with vengeance. “Do not be overcome by a bad temper, but overcome a bad temper with good.”

Successful people are known for their high temper. However they have learnt how to think before they react. At the same time gleam the positive aspects of energy to do more in life. Be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger.
